Bathroom count and type set (full/half/shared)

Guests filter by bathroom count — be precise.

Full address entered and map pin confirmed

Verify the pin is on your exact location, not nearby.

All amenities checked (Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking, A/C)

More amenities = better search ranking. Check every item that applies.

Listing title written (30–50 characters, includes location + feature)

Listing description complete (350+ words, all sections filled)

Use the space, overview, neighborhood, transportation, and other sections.

Property access details entered (self check-in, keypad, lockbox)

Guests filter for self check-in — enable it if possible.

Minimum 20 photos uploaded (aim for 30+)

Listings with 30+ photos convert significantly better than those with fewer.

"No smoking" is standard. If you allow it, specify where.
